"Nadie para abrirnos la puerta de entrada . puerta bloqueada con seguro interior y toda la planta de mi habitacion en obras. Pague 3 noches y solo estuve una debido a lo anterior mencionado. Horroroso sentirse en la calle habienmdo pagado un hotel y no hubo altrnativa cando pude reclamar."
