New hotel with clean rooms. Rooms are small, and it’s hard to find enough room for baggage. However, we liked the loft which meant both kids got their own twin bed.

Convenient for travelling to Dieppe ferryport, the hotel is basic but fine for one night stay. Breakfast was good and if you need to buy groceries, there are a few supermarkets you can walk or drive to not far away.

Functional and comfortable. Really like the quad room design which allows a family of 4 to share one room. Bathroom spotless, toiletries provided which is helpful on a quick stopover. Ten minutes from the ferry. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is fresh and good value.

Good location for ferry stopover.

Cheap and cheerful stopover before catching the Dieppe-Newhaven ferry very early the next morning. Very pleasant staff, simple book in. One double bed downstairs with small bathroom, two single beds up a fairly steep flight of stairs. Plenty of restaurants within a five minute drive. Good value for money.

This was a very convenient hotel for getting off the ferry at Dieppe. Late check in was a bit tricky. I'd emailed in advance to say that we wouldn't be arriving until 11pm. The hotel sent me a code to use on the check in machine but the machine only accepted surname and booking reference. I hadn't been sent a booking reference by Expedia or the hotel. There was an intercom system next to the check in machine which called hotel staff who, after several attempts to spell my surname, gave me the room number and door access code. The family room was very well laid out, with the single beds on a mezzanine level above the bathroom. The room was very clean, the beds were a great size and the shower was really good-quite rare in most budget hotels. Overall, great value for money and a convenient way to start a journey from Deippe port.

We found the hotel was easy from the ferry.. car park was a good size and free. We booked in by machine by door which was easy , they send a code to your email for your room . Our room was on 1st floor with a lift available. The room with 4 single beds 2 down stairs and 2 on a mezzanine were very comfortable. there was not much room downstairs but sufficient for one nights stay, The en suite was a good size, shower worked perfectly. No noise from neighbouring rooms. there was a campsite bar 5 minutes walk away. The music inside was deafening but good to see the locals having a knees up. Breakfast was VERY good. not only was it continental but there was streaky bacon and scrambled eggs!. thinking about it is making me hungry! Very good value and service. If we do another trip I will look forward to going back. The whole site was clean. Staff were polite helpful and happy in their work. I hope future people who stay there find it as good as we did!

Not the Cleanest Hotel.

The reception closes at 2130. We arrived at 2140. To check in we had to enter a code into an automatic check-in machine. Unfortunately, our code was not recognised. There were no staff on site but there was an intercom to contact a remote call centre. Sadly, this was very hit and miss, being cut off several times. It took 40 minutes to get through to an agent who gave us a new check in code. Having successfully checked in, the door wouldn't unlock until we had paid 2 Euro city tax via a credit card terminal. We tried 4 different cards and the terminal wouldn't read any of them. Another 20 minutes trying to get through to customer services eventually solved the problem. The room was disappointing. It seems cleanliness isn't their top priority. Dusty pipes, sticky taps and floors welcomed us. I very much doubt that we would stay at a hotel in the B&B chain again but, if we did, we would certainly make sure to arrive whilst staff were on site. As a positive, breakfast was good. Continental and cooked offerings.

We booked here on the way to see family. When we arrived everuthing was shut so had to use a computer to get our key code, which kept freezing. Finally at our room, the room is fine but basic. But then we realise their is only 1 pillow each and the beds are rock hard so we didn't sleep. Got up early and went.

Disappointment from otherwise great hotel chain

We have stayed in a few B&B Hotels in France and have found them to be great, including the Poitiers Aéroport hotel a couple of weeks earlier. Similarly the hotel in Alencon Nord was also great. However, the Dieppe hotel was a disappointment. The safety lock for the gate to the balcony was broken (top of very steep stairs within the room), the bathroom was damp, there were exposed wires in the balcony bedroom. Not what I’ve come to expect.

The fridge in the room was unplugged and no place to plug it in. The bathroom had a fan that was at eye level and coated in dust. Ok room. Very tight to move around but the beds are the hardest bed ive ever slep on and I travel quite a lot . 18 hotels booked on this trip 2 have been B&B and i think they bought the hardeat matresses known to man in bulk .

dreadful checkin - the machine was ‘off’ and it took over half an hour to get room number and code. we were stuck n the dark, in the rain and it was not a pleasant experience
