"The digital check-in and key is not that great but we were able to get a keycard from the on site staff that overcame these issues. They were very helpful in coordinating our three sequential reservations so that we could stay in the same unit. "

"The staff, for the most part, was not very friendly unless directly spoken to they tried to avoid eye contact with guests. We stayed for 7 days and only got room service once during our stay. When we asked the front dest they told us it was their policy to only do room service every 3 nights and if we needed more towels, to come ask at the front desk. The free breakfast was nice, and there was a good variety of food. We did not go, but a lot of people seemed to enjoy the pool area. "
