"My husband and I stayed at the grotto bay resort for 12 days . We stayed on the third floor and had an ocean view with a balcony The view was amazing. The room was clean and I found it up to date. The pros are that you have a private lagoon to your self with beach umbrella and lounge chairs. It’s easy to put the chairs in the water for a nice treat while soaking up the sun. "The staff, facilities and food were fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and Alicia. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us."
