"Je viens de perdre un membre proche de ma famille . J’ai téléphoné à l’hôtel pour demander s’il pouvait repousser de quelques jours ma chambre. Réponse de la personne de l’accueil qui est au desk tous les matins: « comme vous êtes des clients expédia nous ne ferons aucun effort. Ils sont durs avec nous alors nous sommes durs avec leurs clients ». Trouvez-vous cela normal??? Je n’irai plus dans cet établissement pour cette raison invoquée complètement crétine mais je ne dois pas non plus essuyer...
