"Our stay was during the heat wave- the room was 36 degrees Celsius the front desk staff gave us a fan but the air outside was not cooling hence the room did not cool - there is no air conditioning in this hotel. We checked out the next morning as we maybe slept 2 hours. Can’t enjoy Paris on 2 hours of sleep especially when staying 5 nights. The hotel manager did nothing for us and did not communicate with us even after we reached out a few times."

"We had a junior suite. Room was clean and well maintained by staff. The bathroom was ok but tiles need upkeep. More importantly the shower water was far too hot and extremely sensitive so getting the right temperature was very challenging. The biggest issue was the lack of ac in the room. Due to the heat wave, the room was extremely hot and ac was simply extremely weak to the point of not working."

"猛暑の中フランス観光に来ました。
部屋にクーラーと2種類の水が置いてあてとても良かったです。
浴槽は深いので日本人には有り難いです。荷物も預かってもらえるのでとても助かりました。
安全な立地でホテルを選ぶ場合にはこの値段はそれなりかと思います。
ただ、ロビーのコーヒーメーカーが壊れていました。スタッフさんもお手上げで、部屋のコーヒーメーカーも使え無くて結局コーヒーは諦めました。

"I have to leave this hotel before my actual checkout because the AC wasn’t working in my room at +80 degrees in the summer and when I went downstairs and told them because I needed to wash and blow dry my hair, they gave me a fan that didn’t fix anything.

"Perfect location. It was nice to have AC during a historic heatwave and a beautiful balcony.
I would have rated this entire stay higher if we didn’t have to deal with Lynda. Ultimately, there was miscommunication with her. Instead of acting professional, she argued and then refused to help out when I left an item. With that said, every other staff member was wonderful.
