Very nice hotel with a very friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was excellent, the pool area was very clean and well maintained. Parking underground out of the sun was great too.

L'hôtel est très propre. L'accueil est parfait. Personnel très à lecoute. Parking accessible sans problèmes. Seul le prix du petit déjeuner nous a semblé trop élevé. Pour 20€ il n'y a pas grand choix. Nous avons eu l'occasion de séjourner dans d'autres hôtel notamment à Bayonne ou à Anglet les prix étaient plus abordables et aussi plus copieux. Prix à revoir.

Sejour de 2 nuits. Le parc est magnifique. La chambre etait très bien mais il manquait certaines petites choses comme une boite de kleenex ou du lait pour le corps par rapport aux autres endroits à ce tarif.

VALEUR SÛRE

A deux pas de la plage, endroit calme, ça reste une valeur sûre quand on séjourne sur Saint-Jean de Luz. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, bien insonorisée. Seul bémol, le côté restauration, service pas des plus agréable, pas beaucoup de monde et pourtant prise de commande interminable et pour finir une part de gâteau basque à 9€.....on peut dire que c'est du vol !!!!! Il y a plein de restaurants à proximité et au centre qui valent bien mieux.

Bonne étape sauf petit déjeuner.

Chambre confortable et assez grande. Au calme bien que nous étions au dessus de la réception. Bon état général et propre. Par contre le petit déjeuner est cher pour la qualité des produits industriels proposés : jambon humide et gruyère de fast food ; une seule machine à café donc attente, de plus la salle est trop petite (terrasse fermée) et un peu sombre. Bref, on ne s’y sent pas bien pour démarrer la journée. Dommage car cela nuit à la prestation globale ; il y a pourtant de bons produits au pays basque !!!

Séjour très décevant. La chambre était une vraie fournaise et rien n’est fait pour vous aider. Notre chambre donnait au dessus de la réception ou la voiture passent, les enfants jouent (donc la sieste vous oublier) le soir les concours de vachettes sont à 20 m et la nuit les camions de livraison vous font grâce de leurs klaxonnes ou bruit de déchargement.

Spacieux et très belle vue

Excellent accueil, chambre spacieuse et sobre avec un grand balcon donnant sur la piscine et les bois. Déco et meubles un peu anciens, la chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement. Résidence peu fréquentée lors de notre séjour donc très calme.
