"Pleasantly surprised! Nice clean place. Staff was friendly. We got the king room and it was massive. Unfortunately we arrived late evening and our room not only had the heat turned completely off but a window was also open and it was -7 outside so it took long to warm up. The room was huge. Have to gold toiler handle long to flush. The room had its accent wall a dark brown, dark brown curtains, dark brown flooring(no carpet! Yay) And dark brown wardrobe so it darkened up the room i suggest painting it all white to give a fresh clean modern look. They provide a keurig machine and 2 pods. Shower was very clean and they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was comfy but sheets were a bit too starchy and crisp. The breakfast was much better than i thought it would be. i called before booking they said cold breakfast only and ive stayed at many hotels where the cold continental is a few crappy muffins and juices but this was stacked with oranges, 2 different toasts, yogurt, big selection of muffins, juice etc. They also offered cold boiled eggs which is a plus. i was worried there would be no protein. They also had oatmeal. they actually had a pancake machine so its not only cold breakfast! Best drip coffee. Usually when out the drip coffee is weak and watery but it was fantastic strength and flavor. The woman running the breakfast kitchen was so friendly and sweet and constantly refilling the breakfast. had a microwave to use and a booster seat and highchair. A+"
"This is the loveliest larger hotel in Charlevoix for sure! It is mid-century style with a quality yet simple elegance. Very comfortable to enjoy the outdoors and hotel public spaces as well as the extremely well appointed rooms. Both re"Route des Saveurs" area- a family can still enjoy a delicious evening pizza meal. The spa was our favorite activity during the cold weather- 3 separate outdoor hot/cold spas, a eucalyptus steam room and, sauna and ice bath inside- incredibly relaxing way to spend an hour or two and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and we plan on returning with family!staurants are top-notch but not overpriced for this"
"Staf accueillant dans ce lieu paisible et propre où tout a été pensé pour favoriser une vie en société respectueuse et harmonieuse, à prix modique. L’essentiel est là pour profiter de cette campagne magnifique environnante. "
