"It is a refurbished hotel with a new name I believe. It has the basics. Clean, comfortable bed. WiFi works. Coffee 24/7. Friendly staff. On the other hand, the room didn’t have any place to hang clothes on a hanger. No cabinets with drawers. There was one room on the side that had nothing in it. We were there for 2 nights. So, it was ok."

"Stay was fine overall. The room was clean and the hotel was new. We booked a King and were given a double, talked to front desk and they told us they overbooked and we got downgraded. Other than that it was a fine place to stay. "

"One of the nicest hotels I have ever been in. The room was large and had the most comfortable bed. The location was wonderful because we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. The complimentary Continental breakfast was also very good with alot of selections. We loved the hotel and area so much we didn't want to leave."

"Great staff, very clean and tidy. Actually had a tv that did not need a multi page manual to work! Much appreciated since did not have grandchildren to show how to start it!! All and all a good place to stay to visit St. Joe and area. "

"Guest room was clean, bed comfortable and HVAC worked correctly. Maintenance issues (toilet not flushing) was handled quickly. Hallway and stairwell carpets while vacuumed, were stained and in dire need of shampooing/steaming. Fitness room is small and had armchairs crammed into it, which took up much needed space. Overall for the price paid, stay was adequate."

"When I arrived, they had let someone else check into my hotel earlier that day, so I was in the lobby for an hour or more while they figured it out. Initially I was told there were no more rooms. Than the manager was called on the phone, he came around the corner in socks and bedhead like he just woke up. Than they put me in whay I believe was a smoking room when they finally figured something out for me, just smelled like cigarettes, when I woke up, there was a smokey haze in the room like people had been smoking so much all night in there rooms that it made it’s way into ours. All around a bad experience, wish I would have been given a refund or a discount at the very least."
