"Take a balcony lovely view of the st. Lawrence. Rooms are a nice size. We had the pull out bed and a seperate room. Coffee is terrible in the morning breakfast. All and all very good and close to alot of sites."

"This hotel is perfectly located for anyone who wants to enjoy beautiful scenic views right from their window. Montmorency Falls was only a 5-minute drive away, and Old Quebec was just 20 minutes by car. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to save money while still enjoying an exceptional experience. The combination of great value, convenient location, and stunning surroundings made our stay truly memorable."

"This place is perfect. Price was amazing and our room was super clean and good looking. They probably had renovations lately because its new and modern."

"When we walked in the room the smell was disgusting. So we turned on the air conditioner in hopes it would clear the air. But the noise was absolutely unbearable. So we just ran the fan which did not clear the stink. The improperly fitted toilet seat slid to the side and appeared ready to fall off. The furniture in the suite was old and stained. We didn't think the drapes had ever been washed. The breakfast was the typical Comfort Inn fare"

"When i reached hotel there was no parking available due to parking repaint or construction....why should I pay the full price then if I have to drag my luggage from parking of next hotel ,,, and when I asked receptionist he was like oh can't do anything about it"

"Staff was great. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean. Parking was good well lit. The hotel is looking a little tired, but is well maintained."

"Gave 4 stars because of the following: bath was not clean, had to have someone clean it before I could use it, and someone came right away!. The bath faucet was leaking, so in need of some minor repairs. There is an outdoor patio, however, this area is not accessible by wheelchair. My room access card had to be reloaded multiple times until someone finaly informed us NOT to put it close to the celphones! On the positive notes, staff was friendly and very courteous, the suite was nice and...

"Très bien situé. Facilité d’accès, sécuritaire. Notre seul bémol était l’était de cette unité qui n’a pas été mis au goût du jour. Petite télévision. Stores qui ne se ferment pas et qui laissent passer la lumière du jour. Pas intéressant de se réveiller à 4:45 par le soleil. On a utilisé d’autres unités par le passé qui étaient bien mieux"
