"Staff was amazing and kind for most part but WiFi was trash and my room ac didn’t work and shower leaked. Maintenance didn’t really help with anything and I had to call IT multiple times to get them to help with WiFi"

"Our second time here in 9 years. We came right before Hurricane Irma before. The resort is even better now! The restaurant didn’t blow me away like it did last time but was still good. The resort is just on a perfect slice of the Caribbean. Snorkeling in the cove is amazing, and there are endless places to relax. Never feels crowded even when it’s full. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Il manquait de goût et de diversité. Le café était très mauvais et les jus ne sont pas frais mais en paquet. On nous a mis dans une chambre au fin fond de l’hôtel mais la chambre était spacieuse. Par contre une douche avec des moisissures n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Les tasses de café dans la chambre n’étaient quasiment jamais lavées, j’ai dû intervenir à la réception pour avoir des tasses lavées. Attention la plage a beaucoup se sargasses....

"It was great overall. Enjoyed walking to Baie Rouge beach, dinners at Mezza Luna and Ma Ti Beach, with exceptional staff. Transport is a must if you want to explore more of the Dutch side."

"Alexia and La Toya were incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, the beach, and many other attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Baker's Suites will always be my number one choice when visiting SXM!"
