The neighborhood was loud and dense, no fun. House keeping was very noisy and the floors still felt dirty. The rooms had little sound protection. It felt like a fire trap.breakfast was barely ok, and the lady who checked us in had an attitude when I needed the safe opened. She said she’d be up in 5 minutes, I went to remind her I. 20 and she was scrolling on her phone but made sure I knew she was so busy and felt put out.. so I would not book this place again, I would not dine in the neighborhood again. Alternatives that I would consider would be the MGallery that’s in the park, not much more money."

"Had access to the microwave and coffee makers all day! This is amazing for travelers that get in at all different times of day. I was a solo traveler and felt safe the entire time."

"Our room faced out onto the car park at the front of the hotel. The sound proofing of the windows was awful. We were woke up at 06:30 with street sweepers and hedges being clipped. Woke at 04:00 the next night with people talking loudly in the street and then with the bins being emptied. Our room was On the second floor so not as though people were right outside. Hotel really need to think about replacing the windows to make them more sound proof as hotel in an excellent location. Also no tea or coffee facilities in room which was poor. "
