"European standards are very different than US standards. The United States star rating is truer to the property's quality, i.e. cleanliness, amenities, distance to major attractions. In my opinion, Europe's 4 star hotel would be equivalent to our 3 star."

Small room but small price so very good price performance but bring your breakfast or candies. Vending machine are expensive MacDo at walking distance."

"The stay was very enjoyable. However the toilet in my room was so close to the wall and the built in toilet roll holder I couldn’t sit on the toilet properly."

"Excellent hotel in a convenient yet quiet location. AC worked great during the record heat wave that coincided with our stay. Rooms are arranged well, and power outlets allow for US plugs to be plugged in directly without the need for an adapter. We would definitely stay at the Belinda Hotel and Spa again!"

"I liked how clean the property was. The staff were nice. The location was great! Food was decent. Air conditioning was not great. The weather was hot and there was hardly any air circulation in our room. We called maintenance, but they weren't able to resolve the issue- probably due to the extreme weather conditions. Overall nice stay!!"

"The location is good, it’s super close to the airport and they have a shuttle. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurant was good, food delicious. But I probably would not say again in this hotel, Only because, the property unfortunately has a terrible air-conditioning in the rooms, I requested another room, same issue and only had 1 working elevator. It is extremely hot and the beds are not too comfortable."

"Very poor experience, staffs are not helpful at the desk for all future customers this not a hotel but “ B&B” there are no staff but rude front desk workers with attitude housekeeping is poor safes do not work, coffee & tea are not replenished. Will have problem with keys no doubt. Recommendation please please find another hotel as this is my (our) experience with 4 nights stay with two rooms."
