Gros probleme de reservation
Jai voulu reserver par hotel.com. la reservation a ete validé. Peu apres le camping ma prevenu que la reservztion netait pas possoble car il etait complet. Jai trouve ca bizarre puisque possible via hotel.com. Ils m'ont certifié qu'ils allaient annuler ma commande. Ma reservztion n'a pas été annule et meme facturée comme si nous avions sejourné a ce camping. Je leur ai pourtant demande confirmation d'annulation sans retour de leur part. Je trouve ca innaceptable de leur part.

Charmant endroit.
Séjour en famille très agréable. Camping au bord de la mer avec un très beau panorama. Je recommande car très calme.

Non maîtrise Caution CB
Temps tempétueux et Variable, court séjour de 2 nuits mais la réception du camping n est pas capable de nous restituer la caution avec l appareil de carte bleue alors que l état des lieux des 2 côtes s est bien passé .
Je suis très déçue par ce problème technique peut être mais qui ne devrait pas arriver pour tranquilliser le client. Aux autres clients Ne pas oublier votre chéquier car le chèque de caution est simplement rendu, cela évitera de repartir inquiet et beaucoup de problèmes .

Orgineel geboekte caravan was niet meer voorhande. Dus hebben we een huisje gekregen. Eigenlijk een upgrade dus. Huisje moet grondig gerenoveerd worden maar voor ons was hij perfect. Camping heeft mooie ligging aan de zee. Zeker aan te bevelen maar verwacht niet dat alles perfect werkt. Wel is alles schoon.
