"Clean room"

"Best Hotel with the best view. I love their breakfast so so sooo good! We recommend 100%. Our room is always kept clean when we come back from our day trips. Staff’s are very helpful from the housekeeping, reception, bar tender and most of all our hotel driver. They’re all very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Thank you Grand View Hotel staffs!!!"

"Emi and her family were outstanding owners and service oriented The rooms were very clean and had all the basics you needed. Drinking water was not provided daily, and it is a high value item on the island. The included breakfast was outstanding and far beyond just continental. For a price, they did a great job of arranging transportation anytime it was needed. "

"The hotel arranged a pick up from the port. The staff at the reception were really helpful explaining how to move around the island, what to visit and where to find good food. Room was amazing, wonderful view, huge balcony with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious which was included in our booking. Check out time is supposed to be at 11;00AM, they let us use the room till 1:30PM as we had an afternoon flight."

"I enjoyed that the breakfast was a preselected cooked meal. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived early and were able to use amenities early until our room was ready. It was a wonderful place to stay and so peaceful and relaxing! Rooms were awesome!"

The hotel is located in Fira, right close to restaurants and coffee shops. The location is perfect. I would like to thank George and Silvia for making our stay so special. "This place was a hidden gem! Absolutely loved the location and property. The view from the room we got was beautiful. The room was big and clean, had 3 balconies facing different directions; one with the jacuzzi/hot tub facing the ocean which was amazing. The owners are the absolute sweetest people and were always so caring and helpful. The property’s pool is beautiful and very well maintained. "We had a lovely stay at Kokkinos villas, the views were breathtaking, the hotel room was amazing, breakfast had many options and was plentiful. They had the most accommodating staff as well, we were a bit early but they were able to help us check in a little earlier and call our rental company where we booked our ATV’s so we can explore Akrotiri while we waited. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this spot for couples, honeymooners or if you want a peaceful stay in Santorini 💕"
