"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience booking an excursion through the hotel’s vendor, Nexus Tours, during our stay at Royalton Antigua Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort. We booked this tour as part of a birthday celebration and were really looking forward to it. On the day, we were waiting in the hotel foyer at the time advised by reception, expecting confirmation that our pickup had arrived. After waiting a considerable amount of time, we were told that the transport had already come and gone—without any attempt to properly locate or notify us. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of support from both the reception team and the excursions/events concierge. There was no accountability, no urgency to resolve the issue, and no meaningful assistance offered while we were still on-site. As a result, we lost £300 and missed out on an important birthday experience. This was not just a logistical failure, but a significant disappointment that impacted our overall stay. I would strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking excursions through the hotel and to seek independent providers instead. At the very least, clearer communication and better customer care are needed to prevent situations like this from happening again."

"Left the resort on 4/19. My wife and I traveled here to celebrate our 23rd Anniversary! All I can say is “Don’t Stay Here” Hear me Don’t stay here! The only thing this resort has that is keeping them open is the beach. It is beautiful but you have to really look for a decent beach chair. Most of the chairs should have been replaced years ago. The pictures you see online are NOT what this resort looks like in 2026. All sites should request more up to date pictures. The room is horrible! They are old, outdated and need immediate attention asap. The bed takes up all the space in the room. They don’t have refrigerator , they give you an ice bucket but there is no ice machine nor no bottle water. The shower is big enough for one person ONLY. When you step in you can barely turn around. They only provide one power outlet with the others being European fit. The front desk staff has attitude. They are not friendly at all. You have to almost beg for towels. We asked for 2 extra face towels, they gave them but as soon as we left the room, housekeeping came in our room, got the two towels back. When I reported it to front desk, the girl didn’t even look up at me. All she said was I will speak with housekeeping. They are very understaffed and nonchalant of their guests. Food was Okay!! Nothing to brag about. OMG the Pizza Shack. Tell me why you have to make reservations at 7am in order to eat here. We spent most of our time away from the resort just to make the best of or trip. "
