"I am a returning guest to this property and when I arrived at check-in Hilary helped me. I gave her my name and explained my room preference. She advised me that she saw my name on the list of check-ins and knew my preference and had already put me in my desired room. I've only interacted with her a few times and was surprised that she remembered me and my room preference. I really appreciate the staff at this property, Erroll and Grace and have helped me in the past and are super friendly...

"The motel was excellent. But I will not do business with Expedia ever again. I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you."

"We were very excited about staying at the garden resort. Unfortunately, it’s a bit rundown. It needs a complete facelift. The toilet didn’t work well our coffee maker needed to be replaced and the back patio which should’ve been beautiful. Was a slab of concrete. The included breakfast was adequate for the price. The setting was lovely so close to Silver Falls and the gardens."

"They offered cleaning on the second day but the housekeeper was roaming our floor early so we put out the do not disturb sign out. We vacated the room at 9:45 am but our room did not get cleaned or towels swapped out. Pool was a little cold and the hot tub was only around 100 deg. but the overall hotel was nice and had a decent breakfast. Coffee could use a bit of an upgrade."

"My room was a wonderful *cool* home while attending a conference nearby (in upper-90's weather!). I was gone from 9-9 each day, but it was so refreshing to start the day with a shower with great water pressure to invigorate me, and to nestle into a comfortable bed at night with the temperature regulated for comfort.
