Khách sạn Saint-Philbert-sur-Risle

"Our second stay here. We absolutely love it. The breakfast is delicious and copious. Property is gorgeous. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing, the perfect place if you're looking to disconnect from busy daily life."

"Very new, clean hotel. Great staff. On the edge of town with short walk into center."

"The chateau is beatiful and the dinner was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at dinner. The food was sooo good and the staff made the night so fun. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and they made it so special!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed we weren't in the chateau. I misunderstood what our room name was and didn't realize it meant we were in an annex building and not the chateau itself. So that was a let down. But...

"Ci siamo trovato molto bene"

"Good simple location near the motorways. Good parking. Decent simple room."

"Logement très bucolique, très bien entretenu et avec des propriétaires sympathiques."

"We arrived at 8pm, having called in advance to advise of our arrival time. We had booked a table in the restaurant at 8.30pm (the final sitting according to the website). We were disappointed to hear the restaurant was shut when we arrived. We were offered no refreshments (our booking stated a welcome drink)- the village was very quiet with only a burger place open so we had very little choice to get something to eat. Would not return."

"Déjeuner moyen, parking bien "

"Obnoxious, arrogant and incompetent. Never experienced such poor staff in all my travels. Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. They would not refund me the difference in...

"Une belle découverte, un lieu magnifique, beau château avec des chambres bien décorés, une vue sur la vallée à perte de vue et un superbe accueil. On y reviendra"

Fuyez cet...

"Booked into this hotel at the last moment because of a last minute change of plans. Only stayed one night, just wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful setting just a few minutes walk from Jumierges Abbey (go early before the day visitors arrive!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Just wish we had had enough time to use the very inviting swimming pool!"

"J'ai adoré séjourner dans la résidence."

"BON HEBERGEMENT MAIS AUCUN ACCES TELEVISION EN PLEINE COUPE DU MONDE CAR LA CONNEXION CANAL PLUS ETAIT INTERROMPUE D'APRES LE SERVICE D'ASSISTANCE HOTEL"

"Wonderful, quirky hotel. Owners are lovely. Food was amazing!!! Definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful old half-timbered auberge in a small town, with a delightful aspect. The owner, Tina, was very attentive, friendly and helpful - from local sightseeing recommendations to a lovely breakfast with locally sourced items. Bed was comfortable, good shower, rooms were spacious - for a building of this age - and parking was on site and easy. If you like the photos, it definitely looks like them, and I would heartily recommend."
