Hotel itself is nice and comfortable but they had no hot water the first morning and no WiFi at all during our stay. We had to ask for at least a refund for breakfast but they said no. check in good person helpful key card didnt work when arrived at room further faffing to get it sorted another room allocated that key card not 100% either it was flashing orange and didnt alliw reaccess so had to b opened from inside everytime 🙄☹️
