"The umbrella by the pool (ringed in red) fell and nearly hit my partner on the head, just missing her by pure luck. It was not secured properly, and there was no apology from the staff. Food was poor, and cleanliness could have been much better (bird's nest on our balcony and bird droppings (see photo) had not been cleaned prior to arrival. "My second stay at the property and had a similar great experience. My room had blackout shutters that drop down outside the windows (control is inside next to the balcony door), I may not have noticed this on my first stay. Great experience here, will stay here when im next in litochoro."

"I stayed here to hike from Litochoro to go to a refuge on Olympus, then on to summit Mytikas. If this is your plan as well, this is absolutely where you want to stay. The path starts a few minutes from the hotel. They really take care of you, and watched my bag while I spent a night in the refuge. Super kind and responsive, I felt like they really took care of anything I needed."
