Stayed here for the second time, once long back before COVID-19 and this time, the management has changed and now it’s a pretty decent hotel with an excellent service,they went out of their way to accommodate my needs,Breakfast was great,Room was in good condition ,Sound Proof,I would say very much value for money ,, I’ll come and stay there when I travel there

They offered me to park my motorcycle inside a secure enclosed yard for the night. This is a very cheap place to stay for a night of transit. I will go back.

Bruyant. Chambre pas propre. Toilette cuvette sale. Pas de porte serviettes,pas d'étagères au dessus du lavabo,pas de tapis de douche. Une fenetre dans la chambre sans volet, ni rideaux. Payé pour un petit déjeuner, machine a café en panne. Je déconseille fortement.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous adresse cette réclamation concernant mon séjour dans votre hôtel, réservé via Expedia. Avant de finaliser ma réservation, j'ai contacté votre établissement pour confirmer qu'une chambre avec un lit double serait disponible pour une arrivée entre 4h et 5h du matin. Le responsable m’a assuré que tout était en ordre. À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes : La chambre était équipée de lits jumeaux au lieu d'un grand lit double, Une forte odeur nauséabonde persistait dans la pièce, La propreté laissait à désirer et plusieurs équipements étaient cassés ou manquants. Le responsable n’étant pas présent, aucune solution n’a pu être trouvée à ce moment-là. En compensation, on m’a proposé un petit déjeuner, mais l’hygiène du personnel était également préoccupante, notamment le manque de gants et de lavage des mains avant de servir les petit déjeuner. Après avoir exprimé mes préoccupations à la réception, j’ai reçu une note vocale du gérant de l’hôtel. Il a justifié la situation en expliquant que la chambre attribuée était « juste un dépannage » pour dormir entre 5h et 11h, minimisant ainsi la situation. Il a même ajouté, et je cite : « Nous ne sommes pas un hôtel Louis Vuitton super luxe, nous sommes un petit hôtel ». Cette remarque était à la fois déplacée et irrespectueuse. Peu importe la taille ou la catégorie d’un hôtel, il est essentiel de respecter les engagements pris avec les clients.

Mini prix mini confort

La chambre manque de confort, pas de rideaux, un seul chevet, pas de table ou bureau, la literie est très médiocre. La salle de bain avec WC, pas de porte serviettes ou patère où poser sa serviette, pas de verre, pas de brosse WC, la pièce semble encore inachevé ( plainte, joints mural de douche..) vitres de douche pleines de calcaire. Heureusement que le service est plus convivial j'ai pu obtenir une boisson chaude apporté dans ma chambre car pas de distributeur dans la salle de petit déjeuner et j'ai obtenu à ma demande une couverture supsupplémentaire. Le personnel d'accueil parle difficilement le français mais son à l'écoute.

NUL NUL NUL ! Chambre froide, radiateur bien trop petit et sans puissance, j'étais gelée! Aucune isolation, mes voisins ultra bruyant toutes la nuit, pire qu'une discothèque ! La petit bureau ressemblais à une table de cours de collège avec rayure et marque de vieillesse ! Hors de prix par rapport au hôtel dans le même tarif ! A fuir de toute urgence !

Accueillant et confortable

Contact avec le réceptionniste très facile. L'accès aux chambres m'a été donné plus tôt et m'a évité de ne rien avoir à faire pendant les 3h avant l'ouverture officielle. Chambre propre avec tout le nécessaire. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique est très mauvaise et j'ai entendu ma voisine de palier téléphoner puis commenter son film toute la soirée jusqu'à 23h30..
