"Staff helped me book the accessible room and it was the best accessible room we have ever stayed in - really well laid out with plenty of rails and wide doors and a great shower. Staff were lovely and helpful!"

"Long wait for check in. Front desk giving run around for no reason. Hot water did not work for the shower. Called and they brought a technician quickly. He fixed something and the next day the shower was hot. Third day it stopped working again. Called again and they came to fix . However , wasting ..."
