"That was my second time staying at the Econo Lodge near Percy Priest Lake. Each time I’ve stayed there, I’ve had a superb experience. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is quiet, clean, and free of any weed smell. It’s obvious they invest in renovation and maintenance. Highly recommended."

"We booked for the price and airport shuttle but when we arrived we were told our flight was too early and they wouldn’t take us. No ice, no coffee in rooms, and the one vending machine didn’t work. No front office staff when the sun goes down. They people above us sounded like they were jumping up and down on the beds and jumping on the floor so we didn’t get any sleep. There was no security and no front office to call for help."

"The price for this property is very low and reflects what you get. The staff at check in was fabulous. The pictures are not accurate in terms of cleanliness or upkeep but for a 2 night stay was fine. The rooms are accurate to the picture - spacious but bedding is very basic. If you need extra covers, you need to ask during the day when the daytime housekeeping staff is in. The property is a 7min Uber ride to Broadway so that was great. Lots of parking available. "Cigarette ash in the shower and roaches on the floor"

"The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again."
