"J'ai énormément apprécié le professionnalisme ainsi que le dynamisme de l'équipe. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était parfait. La climatisation était parfaite. Les chambres étaient très propres."

"Stayed up there for one night only as a base to visit Aeroscopia and Toulouse City Centre, which was a very good choice in terms of location. The service and rooms were of a very good quality to meet my needs. Breakfast quite nice and typical for ACE Hotel chain."

"Sparkling clean and mini kitchen well appointed with stove, dishes, good sized fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Rain drop shower and lovely, comfortable bed. Offers meals in machine to reheat in room. The only criticism I have is that it was advertised to have an airport shuttle and this was incorrect. Desk clerk informed me there was no shuttle service on Saturday and this service was one of the important reasons I selected this hotel. Had to pay for uber as a result."

"The setup of the room means that a hot shower sets off the smoke alarm. There’s no way to control the room temperature other than opening the window, but if the window is open you can't close the blind. You can walk to the airport, though."

"Super personnel tres a l'écoute, bon etat des équipements. Manque d'hygiènes des parties communes ( dechet des les escalier, sol de la piscine...) Les chambre sont spacieuses, bonnes salles de bain, mais manque de netteté ( joint de douche moisie, wc pas net). "

"J’ai apprécié la propreté, l’accueil et la cuisine bien équipée. J’ai moins apprécié le rendement de l’air climatisé. Toutefois, il faut tenir compte qu’il y avait canicule à Toulouse depuis plusieurs semaines et que je suis habituée au confort nord américain quant à la climatisation."

"Very good check in! Clean room - slightly tired in places. A good selection of tea/coffee/wash products. Water a little slow in the bathroom. Gym average, albeit ‘mini gym’. Swimming pool ok - drainage of the outside shower needs checking. Food - ok. Service ⭐️"

"Sehr schlecht geführtes Hotel. Zimmer unansprechend, kalt unangenehm. Gesamtes Haus mit Aussenanlagen schlampig. Rezeption nur selten des Englischen mächtig. Offensichtlich wurden gerade Räume renoviert...was bringts wenn das Management nicht stimmt... Erst nach 1 Woche und 2 E-Mails wurde die Rechnung per E-Mail zugestellt...seriously? Preis-Leistung außerhalb der Saison No-Go. Never ever again."

"We had a one night stay on a Saturday, expecting it to be an easy overnight stay. But on arrival we were advised the restaurant is closed on the weekends, so given it’s location in an industrial area finding dinner options close by was a problem. Also no fridge in the room, and their ice machine was broken although they did have cold water in the bar. Pool was nice, and the room good. Thankfully the air conditioning was working as it was 35deg. The property is rated 4 stars but it didn’t feel...

"Very basic but comfortable and convenient for one night near the airport. Good price for what it is, though the room was very small. Staff were very nice. Would recommend this hotel."

"Everything was clean almost new and modern. Staff were good plenty of parking easy to airport with offer of a shuttle. Breakfast was buffet but selection was basic and scarce on staff to assist but as it was only a stop over stay out was adequate."

"Nous n'avons pas pu réellement profiter de notre nuitée pour des raisons personnelles mais le simple fait de voir la chambre nous étions agréablement surpris. La piscine et le cadre nous ont beaucoup plus. Nous avons décidé avec mon mari d'y refaire un séjour pour profiter pleinement de l'expérience. Mais nous avons été conquis. Merci a l'ensemble du personnel."
