"Breakfast finishes very early. Couldn’t connect TV to my phone to watch my channels. Bar was closed on several nights. The staff was very nice and accommodating . The room was clean every afternoon. Overall, its good but they could improve the entertainment, the restaurant and the bar service"

"We loved the hotel, however you need A LOT of patience for the elevators which really need to be updated. Also we would have liked to spent more time at the cool bar but the music was disco loud so you could barely carry a conversation. Besides that we had a great stay!"

"Room was adequate. Small but very comfy bed. Nice blackout curtains. Staff were very friendly and were able to store my bags both before check in and after check out which was extremely helpful. Central location, but the area isn't one of the best. Hotel's front door is locked though, so it's safe and manned 24 hours. Did not stay for breakfast, but the complimentary coffee is a nice touch too."

"The bathroom was almost dangerous. I had to step over to get in and it was approximately 38 inches high with no grab rail. I am only 60 inches tall so that was quite a step. Also there was nothing in the bottom of the tub to keep someone from falling. It is a big liability to the hotel. Also the linens were well used and the pillows smelled like human sweat."

"The whole experience in staying in this hotel is the best. Rooms are clean, there is no issues found. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts have everything you want or like. The hotel is located at the nicest place in Paris, easy for transport and meals. We will be staying there again in the future. "

"A wonderful hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were really friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We were very near the metro and some great bars and restaurants. The beds were really comfortable and the toiletries in the bathroom smelt wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"A great location with easy walk from Gare du Nord, close to some lovely restaurants and places for a wine/cheese. The rooms with a view of Tour Eiffel were a nice touch and enjoyable to sit on the balcony with a beer to take in the sights. Small touches like a fridge in the room that was stocked with some soft drinks was an added bonus, as was the snack bar downstairs. Would definitely recommend for others and gladly return to this or one of the hotels in the same group if they offer similar...
