"I knew it would be “basic” when I booked the “hostel”, but I wanted to stay near Combe Laval for the views. Service was slow and the breakfast was non-existent. "Good location, in village, but roads are quite tricky if you are on a heavy motorbike. Only got chance to test out the breakfast, which was fine and the late arrival process worked fine."

"It was a vey old place and the rooms looked very old and broken and used. But it was only for a cheap quick stay for the night so didn’t expect anything more than that actually. The staff was very friendly. Located near big shopping area. The neighbor is an amazing bakery with the most delicious baked goods and cakes. "

"The concept is novel and well executed. We were staying as part of a cycling tour down the Via Rhona, for which the location is perfect, with bespoke secure bike storage. The town is beautiful with lots of great restaurants, but I suggest you book ahead of time as they all get busy. The one big challenge we had was checking in. Having booked via Hotels.com we were sent links to complete profiles for all guests. This was a pain, because we had cycled all day and desperately wanted to get...
