"Everything was working well , the room was clean and has all the accessories needed. The blankets were comfortable and parking available. We were having problems with tv but that’s not a big issue. Wifi was provided! The only inconvenience was that neighbours were talking loudly at night time which was a little disturbing but that’s fine!"

"Horrible room. Awkward configuration. Tiny washroom making difficult to even sit on the toilette. Thermostat didn’t work. Exterior window did not close. Remote control batteries were dead. Nice property - Terrible accommodations."

"We love staying here when we come to Ottawa! The rooms are massive with a full kitchen and sitting and eating areas as well. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. If several people are checking in at once, it's a bit of a wait because their process is slow. That is the only drawback we found. It hasn't stopped us from returning. The location is great and you can walk to several galleries and the parliament buildings easily."

"I went to many Holiday inn Express&Suites ad this one was one of the best concerning the large parking area (free), employees were helpful and very polite, medium size gym that I enjoyed and the pool with the kids. Breakfast was great and employee were fast making sure food was not missing for rush time and even 1 hours before closing. Recommend 10/10."

"Host is awesome. The house decor is unique and interesting to see the things collected on the host's travels. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative experience was the size of the bed. We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "

"The room is clean, staff is friendly. It would be nice if there was some bath products. This is one of the few hotels that I notice doesn’t have body lotion or toiletries. The location is great being next to the Byward market. The only down side is there are a lot of street vagrants and drug use. "
