The location is excellent — you’re right in the heart of Shinjuku, with public transport, restaurants, bars, and shopping literally on your doorstep. It’s a busy area. "Everything was amazing, only thing is room is quite small 11m squared, which husband and I shared worth nothing this option is more likely for a single person. Other than that location, staff and service cannot fault would definitely come back!"

"The most sympathetic place and staff unfortunately they are closing (first the restaurant, then the hotel) and as such demotivation, esp. by cleaning staff can be sensed, making the use of shower facilities uncomfortable. I wish them to get new energy through a renovation and/or new ownership, as the place is well-located just by a metro station and many small restaurants and other shops with good prices compared to central Tokyo or even, more touristic places in that area"

"This hotel had a good breakfast with helpful breakfast staff. I travelled with a blind companion and was helped up with luggage to the hotel when we arrived but when we were checking out the staff were quite unhelpful. The location was very good if you were looking for nightlife. We did find the Rose really small they were the smallest of all the runs in our stay and it was a struggle to fit in our luggage."
