"Very nice hotel. My room had a nice view of the buildings and sky from the 19th floor. Bic Canera, Sogo Department Store, restaurants, and Omiya Station, are nearby. A 7-Eleven is on the ground floor of this hotel. Lawson Station across the street. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I needed a bit of help with the check-in process and the staff member there was so helpful and nice. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!! "

I came to Japan to look for work, but when I wanted to relax at the end of the day, I was able to enjoy my own content on the hotel room tv. They offered me great recommendations of where to visit, shared about the history of Japan, explained how to use the public transit thoroughly, provided rides to the nearest train station, provided a delicious full breakfast—with home made marmalade, etc. The place feels like a historical gem, with a peaceful feeling to it."
