I love the good customer service of the front desk staff. Going over and beyond their duties to help tourist like me to be comfortable in Japan. Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations.
