Beds were not comfortable. Staff didn’t let me have 30 min late checkout. Same breakfast everyday- we were there for 6 nights and all we ate was croissant.

Clean room. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was right beside a convenience store, and you can walk to Omiya train station in only a couple of minutes.
