"I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to inquire about road safety, given the recent heavy rainfall and the fact that they are located on a bumpy dirt road, quite a ways away from the main paved road. They assured me it was safe. However, upon attempting to drive to the hotel, we quickly realized it was not safe for us nor for our rental car. "I chose the room furthest from the restaurant with the reputation of being extremely loud, and it was still extremely loud. They partied past midnight. Also, many reviewer mentioned the hot water issue, and it's sadly true. They use an on-demand water heater and it functioned poorly. We stayed on Valentines day and we couldnt get the hot water to stay on for at least 5 minutes. It would get scorching hot and then ice cold. Definitely not worth $180 a night to put up with these 2 issues. "
