The person at the check in met me in her housecoat at 8pm! That , in my opinion, was inexcusable. I was charged a fee of $4.30 bc I booked through here. The first time that ever happened . Hotel was very nice, clean and modernize with 3 fast charging USB ports next to the outlets. Rainfall shower and heatable mirror was a nice touch as well.
