"Given its 5-star rating, the hotel feels more like a lower 3-star establishment, with inadequate facilities and subpar aesthetics. The overall impression is that it's quite cheap. Furthermore, the room smelled unpleasant.I even complained twice, but nothing changed.I'm forced to continue sleeping in this unbearable situation. The water for the shower is just lukewarm, not even standard warm, so I can't enjoy a hot shower.The Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Good breakfast clean room, although there’s no pool but the the amenities around the property is at walkable distance. Staff is very helpful, specially Mr Ajeesh was very cooperative. The good thing is you can pre book airport pick and drop service by contacting them. Also rental car person will drop the car to the hotel. Talabat food delivery service also delivers here, so there’s no need to worry about anything."

"I have stayed 5 nights, 23-28th May. Staff were kind, especially the young lady at reception. My room was facing the beach, and it was clean and spacious. The shower water pressure was weak. No AC in corridor on the floor where room was. The swimming pool is in the building NEXT to the hotel, and it is not well maintained. Outdoor maintenance can be improved.
