"Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast "

"Couldn’t even sleep honestly, the place is infested with bed bugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Was not a pleasant stay."

"Traveled 14 hrs, got to hotel around 10pm exhausted from the long drive we checked in unloaded the car got up to the room started unpacking and started finding issues like the tub being dirty, no inside locks on the door only the key card lock, the lights don’t work in half of our room, the WiFi didn’t work and stains on the carpet and walls. We were staying there for 8 nights and I never complain I’ve stayed at super 8s before which are usually worse but my experience the super 8s were better...

"This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed I think. The room was dirty. The furniture was dirty. Some of the furniture is torn in the room. Lampshades were filthy. Some of which didn’t even work. Pillowcases were stained hair on one of them sheets did not appear clean. I ended up sleeping on top of a blanket I had in my vehicle on the bed and turning the heat up to stay warm. The towels were dirty and stained and I asked for fresh ones and was told that they were was told that there were not any...

"I had to change rooms 4 times they are very rude and nasty the first one the fridge was unplugged very nasty with water everywhere in front of the fridge and the whole room bad so she gave me another room and it smelled like a bingo hall lol and I had a toddle and a newborn baby so that point I was upset I wanted money back so I went up there she says I have one for you I went to it the window was closed i knocked nobody said anything I walked it it wasn’t even clean sheets an stuff off the bed...

"Requested non-smoking; however, was booked into a smoking. When requested change, a $20 upcharge was going to be applied. It was waved; however, room did not feel like a non-smoking and it was clearly not marked non-smoking on the door. Wool sheet had hole marks as if it were cigarette burns. Pool was not heated; however, room was. Pool area did not have lights. Toilette not cleaned very well, floors were not visibly swept, missing toiletries such as tissues and extra toilette paper; only opened...

"I have stayed at 100 red roof inns, and I can name the ones I would stay at again on one hand. Dog owners love these hotels because of their pet policy. This location was clean, comfy, convenient to the road and everything we needed. I would definitely make a point to stay here again."

"The room looked pretty clean from the naked eye, but I always wipe down everything that I'll be using in the room and of course, I found quite a bit of dirt , especially in the air conditioner flats. The bed linen was fresh, and the room had a decent smell. No smoke, no pet oder. I was comfortable, and slept well the night of my stay. I like the fact that it had an extra security flap on the door. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, as the healthy cereal that I that chose for breakfast was...
