"The staff was very accommodating. We were assigned a room on 2nd floor which would have been very difficult as there were no elevators. They switched our room and we appreciate that. Also there was plenty of clean linen. The hot breakfast was good, eggs and make your own waffles. However the bathroom was very tight and the floor was slippery as if it had been waxed. The toilet also backed up on morning of departure."

"Stayed for one night. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and nice size room with an extra sitting area."

"We were in a handicap room. The water was not hot, shower room looked old and room would not handle a wheelchair very well the way it was laid out."

"No elevator, back entrance door that was supposed to open with key card pulled open without using keycard, fire doors propped open, non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, TV remote did not work , half a roll of toilet paper and no extra, gross food in the freezer, bed very uncomfortable. Staff very rude When we asked for a working remote."

"No frills, which is perfect for me. Great staff, especially the gentleman in the evening. Quite helpful. Good breakfast."
