"Rooms very dated and sterile looking, not even a picture on the wall, cold room, dim bathroom lighting, no water in the fridge and not even a biscuit with the tea and coffee provided
The pool and spa was very un inviting, not what you would expect from a hotel
On checking out wee were not even asked if we had a pleasant stay which is common courtesy
Breakfast was not memorable, mostly cold and we left ours
Staff in the sports bar were nice and helpful"

"The staff were amazing, everything was clean. Only thing was the rooms were not soundproof and you could hear all the noise from the convention centre early in the morning. But overall it was a very comfortable stay and in a great location."

Beds were comfortable and room-huge and clean
My only disappointment was the shower water pressure and I had to have on full hot
Slight water pressure which is no good to wash long thick hair

"Very nice and well maintained holiday park.
Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel.
Spacious and had everything we needed.
Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky.
Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful.
Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but...

"We arrived after check in time had ended and the office was closed due to coming from interstate, I made a quick phone call and was greeted by a staff member who was awesome, he got the keys for the room and took the time to explain the coded gate system and exactly where the cabin was.
The park is very very quiet and beautifully maintained and presented, the cabin was spotlessly clean and the ensuite was fully equipped with body wash and shampoo and conditioner.
