"We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles!
The free parking was appreciated.
I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us."

"I would like to say that the rooms were great with amazing views but i think that’s just not enough i feel the advertisement was a bit misleading as they say free breakfast yes it was free but it was limited to 1 or 2 items which is fine but it was no where mentioned in the advertisement coming next to breakfast 2 out of three days our food had hair in it which is not acceptable i think with that limited rooms service should be on point secondly i tried calling the room service which they kept...

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

"I have used this hotel and accommodation for more than 40 years.....only for its location and proximity to the airport. The accommodation is poorly maintained....my most recent visit (room 10) there was hardly any toilet roll in the bathroom...fan controller was broken (very difficult to locate and switch it off on a cold night)....air con unit defective ...just blowing cold air...and there is never any tooth brush/paste in the bathroom."

"Super clean room and very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet spot with the bonus of the parking area out the back. Super easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly and polite and helpful! Price of the room was also decent for the convenience of being so close to the Main Street. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice and well maintained holiday park.
Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel.
Spacious and had everything we needed.
Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky.
Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful.
Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but...

"A great location. The ocean view apartment we arrived to had a slight smell, perhaps food related. The night manager was helpful in bringing products to spray and remove the odour.
Shower is the old fashioned step-over-bath wall type… not ideal for many adults I should think."
