Shower is open and very close to tub so with placement of head made for a sadly awkward shower in a beautiful space. "Location was great, excellent access to the beach. Updated decor. Enjoyed the deck. Loved the fireplace. Could use some soundproofing between floors, we were on the first floor and we could hear every step, chair scrape, etc from the people above, granted they were quite loud. One of the bedrooms had a distinct musty smell. "

"The room was clean and smelled fresh bedding and everything seemed good a little wear and tear visible on most of the furnishings - except the chair… the first thing you see is this beat up chair in the corner with a completely cracked vinyl seat cushion and tape on parts of the fabric and legs- it was very off putting right of the bat and made me almost leave. I saw another chair like that in a common area, also. Buy new chairs or just remove the old ones, it really looks bad! And immediately...

"Loved the harbor view, the fireplace and particularly the hammock in the room. Walls are very thin so we can hear dog next door and all other conversations. Although stated breakfast included, the only things provided are coffee, granola, and a few apples and orange. "

Called the front desk, took 3 calls for some one to answer and said maybe maintenance at the wrong door. Weird as we saw the two guys and asked what they wanted and they never answered. I asked the theee times but never opened the door. Kind of freaked my daughter and I out. "

"Excellent Views. Place needs some TLC but also read that there is plans to demo and rebuild so that's totally understandable. Clean rooms and comfy beds for as busy as it was it was sound proofed well. Attached restaurant is closed permanently but that's also understandable if demo is coming. Would stay again."

"Please note that ocean view is partial for most all rooms with exception to maybe rooms on the fourth and fifth floors and on the south side of the building. We were placed on the third floor on the north side of the building and most of our view was of the tops of the restaurant building and the hotel on the beach. Parking is extremely tight, so if you have a large vehicle, you may have to park a bit of ways to get to the hotel. The hot tub was by reservation only and you had to reserve at 8 am...
