The Grand America Hotel
"The room had an extremely musty smell. Someone finally came after we called the front desk and sprayed Lysol. The Lysol hid the scent for a few hours and then it was back. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious."

"Had a great service from front desk staff. They were helpful and accommodating especially after all my problems with two rooms. Carpets needs to be replaced in this place and HVAC was struggling with the heat wave. And all around needs updating."
