"Staff was good and the room was cleaned. It was at times extremely cold with no extra blankets available, so just turn off the air conditioner and you will be alright, at least that worked for me. The TV was not working and the WIFI, at least during my stay, was terrible, but I was prepared and I was able to keep me entertain myself with my cell phone and some downloaded program in my IPad. Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

"This is not a hotel. It is a bedroom with a common space. There is no security, no security door latch locks in the room, floors lack cleanliness and they dont even put fitted sheets, you sleep on top of mattress cover, which is stained with yello marks. We left 15 min. After arrival and asked for refund. Property never answered and there is nobody on the property to contact. Mis lesding information all the way. "
