"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

"Super gelegen für Stockholm. Tolle Busverbindung und sehr nette Reception. Wir hatten eine Stuba und die war ordentlich und soweit wie möglich sauber. Man könnte schon Mängel finden,wenn man wollte. Aber die Mängel wurden von den jeweiligen Vormieter verursacht und orgeln kommt man auch nicht mehr hinterher mit der Reparatur bei soviel dummen Gästen. "

"Great hotel. Exceptional staff throughout. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, close to old town, hop on/off bus, shops and restaurants. Lovely views over the water.Close to station but no noise from trains. Only minus points were room a lite hot and no real aircon, plus the handheld part of the shower was a little temperamental. Would certainly recommend."
