Its a super beautiful place and the staff They do their best with the tools provided by the administration of the place. Unfortunately who apparently do a terrible job together with pages like Expedia and just throw the problem at each other without solving anything. I had reserved a beautiful cabin to attend an event in the place, on the page it appeared available but after paying the reservation they told me that they did not have anything available because there would be an event (which I attended -.-') they did not want me They returned my money and in exchange they sent me to a room in their hotel 5 miles or more away, can you believe it? It's a shame that the place is beautiful and they ruin it so easily without giving explanations or at least an apology.
It took over an hour to finally get there. No signs, no maps and to my surprise the cabin had only ONE actual bedroom and 4 individual-tiny beds.
Lots of leaking water when taking a shower.
I was disappointed in our overall experience was not a pleasant one. The location is very hard to find not to mention the speed bumps are horrible.
The cabin itself gets very cold due to the lack of insulation. Even after running the chimney for hours. There is no pool, or any type of food near by because the in-house restaurant closes at 5:00.
To me, this place needs a lot of work before it’s ready to service.
On the positive side, the lake is absolutely beautiful.
