Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

Não vale o custo benefício. Localização é ótima, atendimento bom, entretanto as instalações são antigas e falta manutenção. Não tem toalha de rosto, não tem tapete de banheiro. Lençóis velhos e cama desconfortável. Café da manhã horroroso.

Hotel com boa vista para o mar, camas confortáveis, cortina não tem blackout. Limpeza ok, porém usei a mesma toalha por três dias pois não foi feita troca nem de toalha e nem de roupa de cama. Solicitei alguns talheres emprestados e não me cederam. Mas de resto foi tudo bem.

Atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, pessoas educadas e cordiais, porem a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar, o quarto com aspecto de velho, roupa de cama terrivel, limpa porem um único lençol fino e curto, o colchão velho, manchado e rasgado, todo o quarto tem aspecto de antigo e mal cuidado e nas fotos parece ser outra coisa, esperávamos mais, considerando o local onde se localiza.
