Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Um depósito transformado em hotel.

Na verdade, não se pode atribuir a aquilo o título de hotel. Trata-se de um depósito adaptado para receber pessoas. Trata-se de um espaço extremamente insalubre, cheio de mofo, colchões cheios de bolô e travesseiros podre de suor. Banheiro o qual a descarga não funciona adequadamente, guarda-roupas velho e infestado de poeira, elevadores sucateados, uma infame de cobrança por estacionamento no valor de R$ 20,00 que não está prevista no contrato. Deixo fotos dos travesseiros, colchões e banheiro para que tirem suas conclusões acerca bagaceira.

Minha experiência.

Antes de fazer o pagamento fui ver s condições do hotel e o quarto. Primeiro que quando entrei na recepção quase morri de tanto mofo. Minha filha ficava o tempo todo falando que estava abafado. Porque o hotel tem cheiro de mofo. O lugar parece um lugar abandonado, que deram uma leve limpeza, encheram de cloro puro e abriram para estadias. Aquele lugar deveria ser revisado. Não está me boas condições. Não fiquei no hotel, condições péssimas, tudo velho, e a internet não funciona. A única coisa boa era o preço, mas tem coisas que o dinheiro não compensa .

Preço alto e zero conforto

O atendimento da Larissa foi ótimo, porém o quarto tinha cama velha, com lençóis velhos, colchão mole, não tinha cobertas ( tem que pedir e contar com disponibilidade), não tem tel no quarto, elevador super velho, tive medo da estrutura. O banheiro tem aspecto de sujo. O café da manhã é bem variado mas o café parecia estar velho.
