Great location, Beach was very nice and safe. The employees are so nice. The hotel is old, they did some work, but still not enough. Have that old building smell and loom. Towels and bed sheets has a little smell of old or not dry right. Food is good. Wacht out for the marketing people trying sell time share/vacation club.

Os quartos são excelentes, as piscinas muito agradáveis e a equipe demonstra preparo e atenção irrepreensíveis. O restaurante é de ótima qualidade, com variedade ampla e bem executada, inclusive nas opções de bebidas, que incluem a cerveja Stella Gold sem glúten. Quanto aos pontos de melhoria, o bar da piscina encerra as atividades demasiadamente cedo. Seria mais adequado que funcionasse até as 20h, 21h ou mesmo 22h, pois atualmente fecha às 18h. Além disso, os petiscos da área da piscina poderiam ser servidos à la carte e apresentar maior diversidade. Em todos os quatro dias foi oferecido camarão com casca, quando poderiam ter alternado, por exemplo, com camarão empanado em determinados dias ou camarão sem casca em outros.

Hotel tá reformado, tudo novo! Muito bom!! Comida e bebida à vontade!! O ponto negativo: pessoas que prestam serviços a VIVA, ficam importunando os hóspedes pra fazer com que assista a palestra deles e ganhar algo. Eu e meu marido ficamos constrangidos, pois o funcionário ficava na mesa do bar insistindo pra que fôssemos assistir a palestra! Inclusive, na área da piscina sempre chegava alguém oferecendo o serviço, puxando conversa e sendo insistente! Atrapalhando nosso lazer e descanso. Outros hóspedes também estavam reclamando disso!

Excelentes mudanças

O sauipe Sol se tornou um hotel premium. Estive em 2019 e a mudança é gritante, mudou para melhor e hoje posso comparar com outros resorts que ja fui como o o Iberostar praia do forte. No que tange ao atendimento considero excelente, comidas tb. Pontos a melhorar o Chekin precisa ser organizado por filas, ficou extremamente confuso e vi pessoas chegando depois e sendo atendidas. Também torço pela re abertura do Sauipe Nautica, era um diferencial que sempre gostei na costa do Sauipe e vi que fecharam. Enfim recomendo o Sol para quem quer conforto, comida e bebida a vontade e um excelente atendimento.

Esperava mais.

Em minha segunda estadia no resort, esperava um padrão superior após a reclassificação para Grand Premium. Observo algumas inconsistências: as bebidas, em alguns momentos, foram preparadas sem o devido cuidado, resultando em coquetéis sem sabor; inclusive, recebi uma bebida com morangos em estado de decomposição. A qualidade da chope também deixou a desejar. As cervejas, por outro lado, foram servidas geladas. Quanto às bebidas não alcoólicas, apenas a água de coco na praia apresentou problemas, com gosto de fermentado. O café da manhã se destacou como a melhor refeição. O almoço e o jantar, entretanto, apresentaram poucas opções e sabores pouco expressivos. Os lanches da piscina foram satisfatórios, com destaque para o acarajé. O churrasco, contudo, merece menção negativa, sendo a pior carne que já experimentei: o ponto de cocção estava inadequado, entre cru e queimado, e sem sabor.
