I tried to get down in the middle of a night and my ankle got bruised by the sharp edge of the bed. Second, the staff were simply rude and unhelpful initially. "Absolutely STUNNING palace with views straight out of the Sound of Music. You truly can’t beat that. When we visited, the property was undergoing some construction (totally understandable), however the accommodations made around it were not helpful. Difficult path to the check-in that was muddied quite heavily by rain. The staff seemed stressed out, and thus weren’t super helpful.
