"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism, making us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh and delicious. And the spa… simply the best! It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return."

"Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños y la cena fue un completo desastre. Aunque dijimos en más de 3 ocasiones que por favor me cantaran cumpleaños nunca fue posible. Adicional a eso me trajeron una carne quemada y nunca la repusieron (me quedé sin cenar) … la habitación la limpieza es muy mala, se cayó un frasco de vidrio y ni cuenta se dieron y tuve que llamar 2 veces para que asistieran a limpiar eso. Los empleados todos “son nuevos” y nadie sabe nada … al final duré 2 noches en el hotel y creo que sé...
