"Pros: We got refunded
Cons: The photos online are very misleading. The property looked much more like a motel than a hotel.
At first glance the room appeared clean, but once we looked around it was obvious it wasn’t. The floors were filthy, there were black hairs everywhere—in the bedding, on the sheets, and throughout the room—and there was even food left on the floor. There was also a random used food tray left in the room.

"We were there 3 nights and had no housekeeping. Continent breakfast was posted for 8 am and opened after 8:30. The floors were littered with small pieces of paper down the halls and were not vacuumed in 3 days. When we arrived we were told that Expedia had over booked us. Luckily the hotel found us a room."
