"Me tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación: la primera no estaba hecha cuando abrimos la puerta, la segunda no funcionaba la nevera ni el televisor y la tercera que me quedé no tenía bañera. Tuve que pedir que me cambiaran las toallas porque estaban sucias a simple vista. La puerta de mi habitación ..."
