"The place looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel is very old and does not even have an ice machine. They use a drink cooler and fill it with Ice,( very unsanitary) We had requested a king bed and when we arrived the room had no microwave,which we really wanted . I was told not all king rooms have a microwave,so we had to move to a room with 2 queens. Breakfast consists of muffins and bagels,if you want a warm sausage croissant it costs $4.
It is not worth $155 + a night. There are not...

"Truly a West Texas accommodation. Clean, decent rooms, but very outdated. Appeared old and in need of remodeling. AC, on high, was barely blowing but cooled the room by later in the evening. When we first arrived, the lobby smelled like a wet dog, but later that evening it was much better. Excellent staff. Very friendly, professional and accommodating. Probably will not stay here again though."

"We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...

"The front desk staff was super nice. The room was super run down. Peeling paint everywhere, the carpet felt wet. We had to cover a large metal bracket sticking out of the bed with a pillow so no one would kick it. The TV didn’t work but the front desk lady did come and fix it. Breakfast was just poor quality despite having a variety of food. Poor maintenance in the lobby as well. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I wouldn’t book it again."

"Would never stay there again traveled 7hrs and to get there and find out the pool wasn’t working I called before booked and the person lied about the pool so had nothing for my boys todo the whole weekend and the my room everything was very dusty and dirty like the room hadn’t been touched in a very long time and tv couldn’t change the channel called front desk nobody never answered so again nothing for my boys todo watch just very disappointed about everything"
